For the cake, you need, 4 eggs, 100g castor sugar and 100g cake flour. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Beat the eggs and sugar until it is thick and creamy. Sift the flour into the egg mixture. With a metal spoon, gently fold the flour in making an 8 shape. Pour mixture into 2 23cm cake tins and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
