시스템 모델링 및 제어. 주관 "불확실한 공역학적 변화와 외부교란에 강인한 비행 조종장치 설계기법연구"를 위한 프로젝트로서, 제어시스템 연구실에서는 불확실한 공역학적 변화와 돌풍과 같은 외란이 존재하는 실제와 유사한 상황에서 비행체의 횡방향 운동을 제어하기 위한 강인한 제어기 설계를 위해, LQG/LTR 및 비례 제어방법과 및 비례 제어방법을 적용하여 비행 자동조정장치를 설계하고 그 성능 및 안정도-강인성을 증명하였습니다. 공역학적으로 제어되는 유도비행체는 비행조건의 변화에 따른 공역학적 비선형,각 제어채널간의 연성, 공역학적 계수들의 불확실성 그리고 유도 및 추진시스템을 통합적으로 고려해야 하는 복합적 시스템 중의 하나이다. 이와 같은 비행체의 경우 그 임무상 요구되는 여러 가지 성능들을 만족시키기 위해서 비행자동조정장치(AFCS)가 필요하다. 제어기의 성능을 향상시키기 위하여 square시스템과 non-square 시스템에 대하여 위에서 열거한 방법들을 적용해 보았다.그 결과 sidesl...

시스템 모델링 및 제어. 와의 공동으로 진행된 "전기 강판 20단 압연기의 Neuro-Fuzzy 형상 제어 로직"에 관한 프로젝트로서, 국내 대형제철소(포항,광양)내 압연공정에서의 강판의 품질향상을 위한 압연롤러의 및 강판의 정밀 시스템 모델링을 통한 분석(1년차), 강판의 형상과 텐션을 고려하여 각 압연기의 출력을 정밀제어 (2년차), 시뮬레이션 분석 및 플랜트 적용(3년차) 단계를 거쳐 성공적으로 마무리 되었습니다. 그림 2 젠지미어20단 가역식 압연기. 전기강판은 발전기 , 전동기 및 변압기 등에 사용되는 철심 용재로, 유수의 철강회사들이 앞다투어 방향성 전기강판 증산 계획을 내놓고 있어, 생산성 향상과 품질 개선에 따른 제품 경쟁력 확보가 필수적이다 . 압연 형상 불량 시 압연 생산성이 떨어지며 , 또한 후공정인 연속 소둔 설비에서 사행 유발의 원인이 된다 . 특히 Top 과 Tail 부의 형상 불량은 소둔 설비에서 코일간 용접부를 취약하게 하므로 판파단의 위험을 가중시킨다 . 압연시스템 정...

시스템 모델링 및 제어. 본 연구는 한국형 자기부상열차 개발을 위한 한국기계연구소. 와 공동 프로젝트 연구로 진행되었으며, 자기부상열차 현가장치의 정밀제어를 위한 동특성 해석과 제어기법을 제안하고, 실험을 통하여 검증을 진행하였습니다. 1) 자기부상열차의 본드선도기법을 이용한 모델링. 2) 자속흐름확장 및 자속유출량을 고려한 부시스템 모델링. 3) 차량/레일의 2차 현가장치가 고려된 자기부상열차 시스템 모델링. 4) 지지 및 안내방향의 동역학이 동시에 고려된 2차원 자기부상열차 시스템을. 본드선도의 다접점 필드개념을 이용한 모델링.
