The Quilting Alleycat: April 2015

http://quilting-alleycat.blogspot.com/2015_04_01_archive.html

Monday, April 27, 2015. It has been a very long time since I posted. My daughter and family moved in to my home (my sewing room) in December and out again in February to a lovely home just a few miles up the street. They are doing great and expecting a second son in June. I have been looking for my sewing stuff and Mojo ever since. LOL! AJ is thrilled with her quilt and her pillowcases! The pattern is from Bonnie Hunters Free Pattern tab at Quiltville. Did you get it too? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

The Quilting Alleycat: October 2014

http://quilting-alleycat.blogspot.com/2014_10_01_archive.html

Thursday, October 23, 2014. Sometimes we just need a little help. As many of you know, I visited my daughter Shara in Seattle in July. I had a terrific time. I got to enjoy her company and see the sites with her. Last week she was involved in a car rollover accident. With the grace of God she survived. Shara is single and in need of help to get to work and pay the medical bills from this accident. If you would like to help please go to GoFundME. Thank you for your love and support! 1 What am I working on?

http://quiltsandsmilyfaces.blogspot.com/2012_10_01_archive.html

Quilts and smily faces. Sunday, October 21, 2012. Witchly Wicked and Oh, so Crazy! Welcome to the land of the Wicked.witches that is. I was trying to think of something wicked last month after the Bowl Blog Hop and since the crazy patch is so much fun, and at times a little Wicked, why not do it again. But a whole lot more Wicked! Here is the first I created. Don't you just love the eyes on the right border? Another applique is the witches badge, I call it, with the cauldron which says:. Linda B in MI.

Quilting Fairy

Quilting, Life, Kids and a Husband. Wednesday, May 13, 2015. I have pictures to share today from the Urban Abacus class I taught last week. I love teaching, I get so excited seeing the girls "get" the techniques, stop being worried about what to come, and start having fun when they see it not that hard. Anyone can tell when the fun starts by the way the girls start talking about fabric choices for the next quilt they make. We had the class at The Patchwork Angel. Bev is making her quilt in a classic blue...

Quilting and "Other Stuff"

Quilting and "Other Stuff". Sunday, January 9, 2011. For Christmas my hubby wrapped and gave me this kitchen wall cabinet. No, I don't need new kitchen cabinets! This is one of 5 matching cabinets that we will build a base, set the 5 on top of the base and secure them, and add a counter top! And I will have a dedicated cutting table! Isn't the front of the door beautiful! At least that is the current plan). Saturday, January 1, 2011. I love living in a small town! That's it for now. I started this po...
