Chester River Quilter: What I have been done or doing

http://quiltingontheeasternshore.blogspot.com/2014/11/what-i-have-been-done-or-doing.html

Saturday, November 22, 2014. What I have been done or doing. Some days it feels like I do not get anything accomplished. Eventually the projects come together and I can see a finish or progress. This is some of what I did in November. Mary Beth's friend had a preemie baby boy so I made a self binding blanket, matching burp cloth, stripped hat, and then a matching hat. Mary Beth wanted me to knit boot cuffs for her. She sent me the link for the pattern and the color. I just finished them last night. Shelf...

The Life and Times of P. Schauer: Brian's "Stay-cation"

http://schauerpuff.blogspot.com/2013/07/brians-stay-cation.html

The Life and Times of P. Schauer. Tuesday, July 16, 2013. I have finally overcome the guilt I'd been having over not posting in over a month! To my defense, I have had rather a busy little summer so far and it doesn't look to slow down any over the next few months either, so I thought I'd better jump back in while I could. Here are a few scenes from Brian's time away from work. Vacation or not, Brian always takes good care of our yard. Yummy, it was so good. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). I am a wif...

http://schauerpuff.blogspot.com/2013_06_01_archive.html

The Life and Times of P. Schauer. Thursday, June 6, 2013. Pink Palace Museum, Memphis. This guy is one of the first sights as the tour begins. Of course, I used to think he was real when I was a kid. I saw this "trick of the eye" shot and had to get it. My sweet Brian, he's such a good sport. Once I told him what I was doing he started having fun with it. He's so much fun to go places with! See what I mean? Of course, any time I see a shell I have to get its picture! The Robert E. Lee replica. Here are a...

The Life and Times of P. Schauer: Mud Island

http://schauerpuff.blogspot.com/2013/07/mud-island.html

The Life and Times of P. Schauer. Tuesday, July 16, 2013. And for Brian it was something new he had not yet seen in Memphis. Here are a few photos from that day. The sky bridge and my Brian setting up for his first shot. I was able to snap a trolley going by - I loved the pop of color it added to an otherwise plain image of the pyramid. The monorail actually shook the bridge as it went under you - kind of scary! Paddle Boats for tours/excursions. It's supposed to be quite the outfit when it is completed.

The Life and Times of P. Schauer: April 2013

http://schauerpuff.blogspot.com/2013_04_01_archive.html

The Life and Times of P. Schauer. Tuesday, April 16, 2013. How did it get to be the middle of April already? I have been so busy recently that I've just about lost touch with what day it is. Not to complain, busy is a good thing for me! Let's see, what all has happened since my last post.well, first off, the Shrine Tea Dance was postponed until May 5th and I was a little bummed out about that. But it will all be fine, I'll be there next month! And then set out 12 yellow and orange merigolds, some pink sn...

The Life and Times of P. Schauer. Saturday, September 17, 2011. Phil Wickham - At Your Name (Yahweh Yahweh). My new favorite song! Friday, September 16, 2011. Check out my new Photography Blog at Tisha Schauer Photography, right here on Blogger! Friday, September 9, 2011. I sent out a reminder email last night, for the photo shoot, only to learn that the shoot will need to be postponed. :( I admit that I am so frustrated and disappointed, again. It seems that I can't schedule not one session! Check out m...

Thanksgiving went by, along w/ Christmas, New Years and oh yeah, another surgery for me! But before I tell you about my surgery, I'll fill in the missing months a little. http://schauerpuff.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html

The Life and Times of P. Schauer. Wednesday, January 30, 2013. Here is a sneak preview of the next sewing project that I have started. I am nearly finished with the first pillow case and so far, it has been pretty easy and fast-paced and fast is good for me as I tend to get distracted and move on to something else. I will post another photo of the finished product. Home Made Biscuits Anyone? I have tried and tried but this last attempt proved to be successful! Monday, January 28, 2013. Blogs that I follow.

http://schauerpuff.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html

The Life and Times of P. Schauer. Friday, August 20, 2010. Once again, it has been a very long time since my last post. I'm thinking that as the fall and winter arrives, I will be a better blogger. :). For dinner he took me to Carrabas - not sure if I spelled that correctly but the food was incredible - Italian fare! So I had a wonderful b-day just being w/ my honey. I begged Brian to let me take him out for dinner but he insisted on having his famous steaks w/ goat cheese.mmmmmm! We went out to eat and ...

http://schauerpuff.blogspot.com/2013_07_01_archive.html

The Life and Times of P. Schauer. Tuesday, July 16, 2013. Recent Finishes and New Book. Since my last post on reading, I have finished two more books! I had purposed in my heart, last September that I was going to start reading more. Since then I have done just that and feel so much more "well read" already! Scarlett" was a long one and I admit that I took my time with it, but I enjoyed every bit of it! So the search is on for a good used copy, wish me luck! Our New Favorite Sunset Spot.
