Allow to rest for 5 minutes or more. After the rest, add the yeast, salt, and ascorbic acid, the sponge, remaining egg and mix till dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl.Dough temp should be about 75F (24C). Allow to rest another half hour. Turn out onto floured board and fold a few times. You must be logged in.

I cook most fish (including prawns) to 45C / 113F. That is below the sterilization limit. That is perfectly OK within food safety guidelines so long as the cooking time is not too excessive (i.e. so long as it is less that a couple hours). Recipes on my nightstand. December 3, 2013. This chicken soup was on regular rotation for B and me last winter. It’s a light, comforting meal in a bowl, and it’s so fragrant from the dill and lemon. The biscuits are optional of course, but they make this meal indulgent and special. Flaky and buttery, they are the perfect complement to the light soup.
