Monday, November 30, 2009. My trip to Albuquerque. These are some cute pictures I took at my parent house. That is my dads shoe, she kept putting on both of them and then falling over. Cohen would bug the dog until the dog would chase him. Then he would scream like he was going to kill him. He did this for about an hour. Lets just say he slept great that night. Gina's Indian Fry Bread. 1 1/2 Cup flour. 2 Tbsp. baking powder. 1 Tbsp. sugar. 1 Mix dry ingredients together - then add enough hot water to make dough workable. 2 Flatten dough out on board using additional flour as needed. Make them about as big as a small saucer and just a little thicker than pie crust dough. 4 Drain before you take them out of hot crisco and then place on paper towel to finish. Sour milk - 1 cup of milk 2 tsp. vinegar (let this sit for a couple minutes until it starts to thicken. 1 Cup mashed bananas. 1/2 tsp. baking soda. 1/2 tsp. salt. 3/4 Cup brown sugar. 1/2 Cup chocolate chips. Mix first 3 ingredients together then add sour milk, vanilla, and bananas. Then add dry ingredients. Return to Beautiful Life.

This is probably my favorite banana bread recipe ever! 1/2 Cup brown sugar. 2 eggs, beaten. 1 Tbsp. Vanilla. 2 1/2 Cups flour. 3/4 tsp. baking soda. 1/2 tsp. salt. 1/2 Cup nuts (optional). Cream shortening and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla and then add sifted dry ingredients alternately with milk and bananas. Bake in a large, greased loaf pan. 325 - 350 degrees for about an hour. Sauté for 5 Min:. 1 small onion, chopped * 2 crushed garlic cloves. 1 small can chopped green chiles * 2 Tbs. veg. oil. 1 can diced tomatoes. 1 can beef broth. 1 can chicken broth. 1 and 1/2 C. water. 1 and 1/2 C. tomato juice. 1 tsp chili powder. 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce. 4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts - cooked and cut into big chunks.
