Adapted from Recipe Swagger. 2 large cloves of garlic, minced. 2 tbs olive oil. 2 cans condensed tomato soup (10 3/4 oz). 1/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes, don not drain/wipe of excess oil. 2 cups heavy whipping cream. 2 cups reduced sodium chicken stock. 1 tsp onion powder. 1/2 tsp fresh cracked pepper. 9oz package Cheese Tortellini (found in the refrigerated section of your grocery store). 1 tbs italian herbs.

Yields about 10 scones. 2 cups, plus 1/8 cup all-purpose flour. 1 tbs sugar in the raw, (for sprinkling). 1 tbs baking powder. 6oz frozen unsalted butter, grated with a cheese grater or diced into small cubes. 2 large eggs, lightly beaten. 1/2 cup cold heavy whipping cream.
