I'm always looking for ideas on how to keep my boys busy doing something worthwhile and this was a great solution. It provides both mental stimulation and hands on learning. Even the little kids can get involved with this one! 1 envelope ranch dressing mix. 1 cup Italian bread crumbs. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 cup butter or margarine melted. 6 to 8 boneless chicken breasts. 1 In a shallow dish combine dressing mix, bread crumbs, and Parmesan cheese. 2 Melt the butter.

March 30, 2010. For a variety a reasons, including a major home remodeling project, Brad and I decided to split up for Spring Break like we did last year. The boys were really looking forward to another ski trip in Utah and so off they went. I was really excited for them have their 2nd annual "mancation" as Spencer calls it. June 12, 2010. Exhilarate - to make (someone) feel very happy, animated, or elated. Few things exhilarate me more than getting organized. I love to have a place for my stuff. On the flip side, few things make me feel as frustrated as being unorganized. And that's exactly how I've felt since moving here two years ago.
