This is a piece of glass with cut glass pieces grouted together. i chose to put this one in a frame because it looked unfinished without it. i choose gold spray piant to accent it because it worked well with the browns int the glass. My concentration will be focused on color harmony in divided compositions. Friday, March 20. An "A", "R", and "T" in pastels. This is a quick piece I did in oil pastels (ughh, messy)over blue tape I had cut to make the letters and squares that I peeled off later to get the clean lines. Wednesday, May 1, 2013. This project was so fun, but oil pastels are so hard to work with, idk if I ever want to work with them againg because they smudge so easily. I like the shadow because it looks like a reall shadow! This is my absolute favorite because of the claw marks comming from the hands. It adds to the piece, rather than just a hand print.
