Room1 Waiuku Primary 2010. Friday, December 3, 2010. Trip to see the Ballet. We went on our big trip to Auckland to see the Royal New Zealand Ballet performance of the Nutcracker. It was held in the Civic Theatre on Queen Street. It is an amazing theatre. There was a palace and lions with shining eyes. There was a sky with stars. It looked like there was no roof on. Fantastic Year 1 learners from Waiuku Primary, Southern Auckland. Monday, November 21, 2011. Last week we had our Junior Athletics at school. We did running races, frisbee throwing, shotput, long jump and an obstacle course. One of the Mums helped us with our shotput throwing. A lot of parents came to watrch and cheer us on. Thursday, 10 December 2015. Trent LOVES dinosaurs. so we decided to have a dino-day! We read about dinosaurs, googled dinosaurs, counted dinosaurs, watched movies about dinosaurs and then got into groups and made HUGE models of dinosaurs! A more sedate stegosaurus!
