Friday, December 07, 2007. Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon (SCSM) 2007. It was a good run for me. I adopted a run/walk strategy because I want to be conservative (and because I suffered quite bad back pain/strain on my lower left back on 7 Nov 07). Ran 7-8min and walk 1 min.
