Monday, May 30, 2011. Trying the morning thing again.it is so hard to run at 5 am, but it will be the only way i can get runs in. Early 6 by runandy at Garmin Connect - Details. Wednesday, May 4, 2011. Westside 12 miles after hours. As always, i sneak in running when i can. Tonight, i headed out at midnight to the West side highway and ran down to the Holland Tunnel and back. It was my first run this week, and it went great! Hopefully i can get a few more runs in this week. Life is crazy!

We drove up the Hudson Valley just a little ways to a park that overlooks the (frozen! Hudson River. The snow was so deep, it was taller than both boys in many places. The hills were great for sledding, and the frozen river great for amazement by the boys, who know the flowing river down in the city. Buuuuut we had to take the subway back.

March 13, 2015 · 7:03 am. Things are a little crunchy time-wise around here, but I wanted to drop by with a quick update. After 6 weeks on the elimination diet, we have added eggs. First egg in 6 weeks! For breakfast, with millet and turnip greens.]. In the future, I will definitely be eating eggs. It’s not a bad trade-off. Sweet potato with a fried egg, garlicky cauliflower puree, avocado/cilantro sauce, and hemp seeds]. But how my body reacts to the foods that I eat feels like a cool knowledge to have.
