Saturday, November 27, 2010. 1st run 10km - no major pain, no blisters, ran with ease. 2nd run 8kms - easy run, no major pain - shoe was very comfortable. 3rd run 10kms - had a tiny blister on my right foot (im guessing from the socks), hard run due to sniffles. 4th run 13kms - easy run, a bit fatigued after, blister in right foot resurfaced but easily subsided. 5th run 10kms - hard run due to lack of sleep. Saturday, May 29, 2010. For those who had been asking me, the answer is YES. I haven't been running lately, mainly because I've started to take swimming lessons and there was a problem with my gym membership. Supposedly tomorrow, rather today (its 12:10) would be my running comeback from a month long hiatus. Unfortunately though i had the worst case of cough and sniffles - so bye bye run rio leg 2 :(. Every finish line is the beginning of a new race; every step, a new discovery. Sunday, July 25, 2010. Early Runs the Takbo.ph Runfest. I can say that this is my fastest run so far. I usually average a little over 6 min per km for 5k and 10k but I was finally able to break my 30-minute barrier for the 5k earlier today at Takbo.ph Anniversary Runfest with an unofficial time of 28:17! I believe my girlfriend Tey also got a new 5k PR at 35:24 and also Coach Noel ( Deemen Runner. Yeah, PR day! A very nice run!

It's not giving up…It's just starting over. Insanely Grateful (to the Max). June 17, 2015. I have been a sappy mess today! It’s the same feeling I had after my first half marathon and after I completed the Dopey Challenge. It’s that sense that I completed something that at one point in time I thought was impossible.
