Run Craft Read Cook. Saturday, 5 September 2015. Run - running in Greece. It's hard to believe, sitting here on a grey day in a hoodie and trousers, that 10 days ago I was running on this beach under this blue sky. Thursday, 3 September 2015. I did manage to get outside and take a picture of the massive blanket I worked on for around a year - but then I didn't get around to writing the blog till now. So here - just 2 months after completion - is THE blanket. And the Attic24 Granny Stripe. Sunday, 28 June...

So July has come to an end, but what have I been up to this month? Well, read on to find out:. First, my running summary:. Total Number of Runs. It was going so well until the end of July, a few busy evenings followed by a sore throat/cold which I am still recovering from now, meant I didn’t do as much running as I would have liked. I’ve been busy most weekends this month, but I still managed to run one parkrun. Oh, I also managed to get a new 10K PB in a training run I did:. Well under sub 50 now :).

Progression through Endurance
Purpose driven progression is essential to reach your desired destination. More times than not, we must endure to get where we want to go. Sunday, December 30, 2012. The Spartyka Warrior Challenge is a beach based obstacle course that I have now navigated twice.
