So July has come to an end, but what have I been up to this month? Well, read on to find out:. First, my running summary:. Total Number of Runs. It was going so well until the end of July, a few busy evenings followed by a sore throat/cold which I am still recovering from now, meant I didn’t do as much running as I would have liked. I’ve been busy most weekends this month, but I still managed to run one parkrun. Oh, I also managed to get a new 10K PB in a training run I did:. Well under sub 50 now🙂.

I have really got back into a routine of running three times a week, which I am very pleased with. I have been struggling in past months with motivation, but that doesn’t seem to be a problem at the moment. I successfully completed The Major Series. And booked my next event – The Nuts Challenge.
