Monday, 29 July 2013. Hot, Tired and Grumpy. Hello Fudgey Friends,. I think hot, tired and grumpy just about sums up my week - the wee one is coping better with the heat than I am. It's therefore been another 'quiet' week for us. However this week I'm going to get back with the programme. 30 DAY SQUAT CHALLENGE and 30 DAY AB CHALLENGE. Monday, 1 June 2015. Official Marathon training week 16 and 17. I am so sorry that I have not been able to post, there has just been so much going on. This is a quick catch up from my last couple of weeks of training. Week 16 - week beginning 18th May. Tuesday 19th May - 3.48 miles, short on time but squeezed in a short one. Friday 22nd May - 4.57 miles, part of way to work. Week 17 - week beginning 25th May - Marathon week! Monday 25th May - a day off work, ran 3 times. Run 1 - 2.5 miles to nursery.

I've come to terms with the fact that although the pressure might not be quite so bad this year, it's still there and not likely to disappear anytime soon. Can I call another post running? August 17, 2015. So I went for a 21km run yesterday. It was a race in one of Johannesburg’s neigbourhoods with a lot of hills. Westcliff stairs are close-by. The adventures of the world's oldest college student. Thursday, August 14, 2014. Plumbers and Pipefitters 5K. I had a pretty good race! I even won my age group! When running a race put on by plumbers what would you expect as an award but a plumbing wrench! Yep, age group awards were plumbing wrenches! This is a real wrench!
