Contact the Storm herself. Monday, August 10, 2015. Maybe or maybe you haven't noticed, I haven't been super active on my blog. Due to some recent events, I haven't felt like blogging about life, running or anything else. And then, I decided the only way to start healing, was to get back running. Although I was dealing with an injury setback, I was given the clear to run with proper stretching, icing, wearing boots at night, etc, but I couldn't find it in me. So glad you got out there and got in a run!

You are not the easiest baby to get to sleep at night because if we let you fall asleep in your own which you were getting good at, you end up on your belly and very angry about it! Running through the kitchen. Run fast, eat slow. Sunday, June 28, 2015. The rain was light, consistent, and refreshing. A sharp contrast to energy-stealing sunshine. I followed sections of bike path in directions that don't provide shade on hot sunny days but have plenty to offer otherwise, like nearby trees with leaves so broad I felt small as a smurf, and great views of the river, grey and choppy from the bursts of wind. Got up and ran this morning at 4:45 am Ran 4.40 miles, including the Pine Street Hill . . only 1 45 second walk break. Ate cleanly, no crap, no sugar, no coffee.
