Milk Chocolate vs. Dark. Hatch Family Chocolates even offered a milk and a dark chocolate variety. I selected the first while John took the second. I sampled his and he tried mine. Both of us determined we’d selected the better option. Http:/ intuitivehomemaking.blogspot.com/. Thursday, February 3, 2011. I feel as ...

Reckless Adventures: January 2012
http://recklessadventures.blogspot.com/2012_01_01_archive.html
The adventures (or non-adventures) of my family. Sunday, January 29, 2012. Today was Stake Conference. The last few days I have been feeling tired and puny, and the thought of trying to keep 3 kids quiet and reverent for 2 hours was a little daunting. I won't lie. I even thought about skipping church, but I knew we needed to go and I didn't give in to temptation. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. Random Blogs I Like. Sunday, March 13, 2011. I don't mind cooking, but I do like to get in-and-out of the kitchen quickly. Especially on a quiet Sunday afternoon. Haystacks are one of my favorite meals to make because I can toss it together in 15 minutes or less. All that's left is to have the kids set the table and call "DINNERTIME! A couple of weeks ago, my youngest daughter’s teacher asked me, not to pin up artwork on the wall, but to make a couple of samples of the artwork to use with future classes. She showed me the “Haunted Houses” that had been put on display already and requested that I make two or three for her files. I loved the mysterious watercolor backgrounds and the whimsical nature of these pieces. Next try. What about a haunted castle? Yeah, that might be interesting....

Monday, January 17, 2011. Lessons from a Canister Set. Rather pricey. Would I really use them? Would we have room for them on our small countertop? And then he asked me one more probing question: “If you had to, would you grind them up to make plaster for a temple? Http:/ intuitivehomemaking.blogspot.com/. Monday, January 10, 2011. Intuitive Homemaking: October 2010
http://intuitivehomemaking.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
Sunday, October 24, 2010. My husband has long had a fascination with India. Several months ago it occurred to us that we’d never been to an Indian restaurant and experienced that type of ethnic food. We went with some friends to a local restaurant and enjoyed it tremendously. However, I was a bit dismayed to receive my bill and realize “I just paid $13 for a bowl of sauce! 8226; 2 teaspoons curry powder. 8226; 1 teaspoon curry paste. 8226; 1 (13.5 ounce) can coconut milk. 8226; 2 tablespoons fish sauce.

Sunday, May 9, 2010. Ten Roles of Motherhood. Every mother knows that to do her job well, you have to wear a lot of different hats. Some weeks we do more quick costume changes than others. This has been one of those weeks for me. Let me take you on a quick journey through my Mother’s Day weeklong reminiscences…. Monday 4:00—rushed to get daughter to “Hair Day” at ballet so she’d look like all the other girls in her class for the recital in two weeks. Role #2: HAIRDRESSER. Wednesday 4:00—drove young...
