Sarah's fitness blog. Just another WordPress.com site. Breakfast shakes on the run. First blog, I hope you like it! For me. Cooked on the stovetop in water for as long as it takes and flavoured with greek yogurt and or berries its a damn near perfect breakfast. Unfortunately I don’t always get time to cook oats and my sleep time is valuable so I sometimes deal with breakfast in liquid form during the week – and still get my oats! Oil) so the breakfast smoothie has evolved into a sort of health shake.

Montag, 4. März 2013. Dieses Baumwollgewand Fabienne von Larpschneiderey.de habe ich mir einst zuschneidern lassen. Ich habe es vielleicht zwei Mal getragen. Es ist A-förmig geschnitten und passt durch die Schnürung vorne und hinten durch eine braune Kordel Edeldamen von Gr 34-38. Die Seitenteile und der eingesetzte Keil ist schokobraun. Passend dazu sind die zwei anderen eingesetzten Keile in einem caramel Ton gehalten. Die weiten Magierärmel sind aus weißer Baumwolle. Diesen Post per E-Mail versenden.

Monday, May 6, 2013. Country Wedding in Juniata County, PA. This country wedding had all the right touches. It was held in an adorable old church in the beautiful green rolling hills of Mifflin, PA. I added these whimsical wreaths to the front doors to greet guests. The reception centerpiece vases were ordered by the bride from Etsy with "M M" carved into them. Adorable!
