Monday, April 22, 2013. Monday-4 miles. Ran easy before the marathon. Could have gotten more if i'd gotten started earlier. Thursday- easy 4 AM, Easy 3 PM Nice easy runs. Ran with my neighbor for the afternoon run, his knee is feeling better, but he was happy to hear I was only planning 3 miles. Saturday- 13 miles at 6 AM. Scott's Idea to get miles in while still fatigued from the 5k 12 hours ago. It worked, I was wrecked afterwards. Week Total- 52 miles! May 1, 2013 at 7:05 PM. Youll be back in no time.

Saturday: Off day (built a shed in Massachusetts) - felt like shit. Sunday: 5 miles. 5k race in Leominster: 15:30 for feeling like poop. Previous week (post long run). May 4th - May 11th: 71 miles. Monday: 8.5 miles (We Run The Capital Run). Tuesday: 7 miles (46:39). Thursday: 10 miles (5 and 5). Friday: 9 miles total.

Some people weren't sure I was still alive or worst - training for anything. The training cycle for VCM was a quality one, but made a couple amateur mistakes before the race and everything went south quick in the race (and the week leading up). Thursday, October 8, 2015. 3:16, 3:15, 3:16, 3:14, 3:10. I wasn't able to workout Tuesday morning with the Rockford Racing Teams because they all have Chicago this weekend and weren't doing a workout. I did the 1000s on a grass loop around our athletic fields. Tougher than I thought it would have been. I figured I could easily do them all around 3:10 but that wasn't the case. Thursday, July 30, 2015. Standard 11 mile loop today. Felt really good for the day after a race. Stayed relaxed during the run and didn't push things, but still ended up running 6:0X pace which felt fairly easy. Hoping that my hamstring is good enough to do a track workout tomorrow at GBTC practice. 69:54 for 11.5. Monday, July 27, 2015. York Days 5K - Sunday 7/26/15. 100 meters or so after the start.
