No need to count on calories and oily stuff. So i baked my samosas and they turned out well. Green peas.1 cup. Spring roll wraps.1 pack. Garam masala.1/2 tsp. Amchur powder.1/2 tsp. Chat masala.1/4 tsp. 1 Add oil to a pan and add onions and saute them. 2 Now add green peas and spices and salt. 4 Let it cool.

These vadai's are also referred to as Aamai Vadai, due to the shape which resembles a turtle (Aamai means turtle in Thamizh). 1 cup of channa daal. 1/2 cup of toor daal. 1/4 cup of urad daal. 10-25 dried red chillies, depending on how hot you want. 1 Soak the lentils for 2 hour with water to cover.
