I haven’t posted in a while. September 27, 2013 3:25 AM. I haven’t posted in a while…. maybe I should start posting again… maybe I will. June 22, 2013 2:59 PM. The last few weeks has been hectic. Just because I have not written anything on this blog doesn’t mean that I have quit trying to lose weight and better myself. Things are A-Changing
FEAR IS THE FRICTION OF ALL TRANSITION. Monday, October 25, 2010. Why am I feeling so blue? Is it the weather? Probably all of the above. I just feel so BLAH and have been for a couple of weeks now. I've felt very out-of-sorts since my dental surgery last Wednesday. Bone grafts, extractions, gluing, etc., but that's not all of what makes me feel so yucky. I've been really bad about not taking my vitamins. Now that I've said that, that's probably why I feel so run down and shitty. Duh! I have no idea.

Operation Change
Oh, By The Weigh 5.27.12. Finally I think things are moving in the right direction. I was down 1.5 lbs this week. Which means I have lost a total of 30.5 lbs since starting this thing. I'm pretty much back where I was a year ago.but this time I have confidence that I'm going to keep this momentum going and get out of the freaking 180s! I'm in the best shape I have ever been in. It is so easy when you cook for yourself and only have to worry about yourself. But, when you're with other people or you're not the one cooking it is so hard.
