Polling Analysis and Election Forecasting. Another Look at Survey Bias. Bull; November 2, 2012 • Uncategorized. Bull; 102 Comments. Questions continue to be raised about the accuracy of the polls. Obviously, in just a few more days, we’ll know which polls were right (on average) and which were wrong. But in the meantime, it’s useful to understand how the polls are – at the very least – different. In previous posts, I’ve looked at both house effects. But here’s a simple test. There have been hun...If the ...

One Writer's Search for a Literary Agent, er, Publisher. Friday, May 27, 2011. What to Do When No One's Reading Your Blog Anymore. This is a question it appears I need to face. The Big Litowski: Better Than James Joyce
http://thebiglitowski.blogspot.com/2012/03/better-than-james-joyce.html
One Writer's Search for a Literary Agent, er, Publisher. Sunday, March 11, 2012. Better Than James Joyce. The very nice "Josh T" gave TAINTED SOULS. A rating of 4 or 5 stars over at Goodreads. Depending on how you look at it. Anyhoo, looking at his other (many) reviews, I noticed he liked my book more than A Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man. Now, I would never compare myself to James Joyce, but.'nuff said. March 19, 2012 at 4:50 PM. Hmmm Joyce probably has way too many $20 words. Day in the life.
