Sadly there is a charge for this fantastic weekend, although it is very reasonable. There are two options - one for those wanting to stay at the hostel (this is what most people do) and one for those wanting to book their own accommodation nearby. This includes two nights bed and linen at the hostel, breakfast and a packed lunch on saturday and sunday, dinner on friday and saturday, coach travel, basic supplies for workshops and tea/coffee at the hostel. So, what will we be doing? Join us on friday from 2pm for an introduction to the weekend and each other. After a delicious dinner cooked with the best local ingredients we'll be hosting our traditional P/Hop. Yarn swap. Bring along your unwanted or surplus yarn, patterns and notions and take away other peoples. Make a donation once you get home to acknowledge the hours of pleasure you'll get from your booty! Saturday, 23 March 2013. Spring. or not. Last year I was sat outside, in shorts and t-shirt. I think if I did that this year I'd be suffering from serious frost bite! It started snowing on thursday night, and it's not really stopped since. It was forecast, but I didn't think we'd be looking at this much!
