Wednesday, January 28, 2009. Redneck Sledding and Blessings. Lately, I am especially thankful for my aunt, my other mother. She has had a huge influence on my life, and I love her very, very much. She gave us a scare a few weeks ago, and I am grateful that it appears to be nothing. The power of prayer is amazing! So, count your blessings and pray, and don't forget to add Brandon and his family to your prayer list! And your kiddos look like they had the BEST time on their laundry basket sled. Love it!

Monday, January 19, 2009. First lost tooth, black eye and new family member. Braydyn lost her first tooth. She is so excited, and can't stop looking at herself in the mirror. It was loose for several days, but she wouldn't let any of us pull it. We were on our way to the store, and she told me part of her tooth fell out. Friday, November 28, 2008. Cheerleading season has officially started! Taylan and her best friend Lexi. We had our first cheerleading competition last weekend. Our girls have worked so hard and it is paying off. This is only Texas Stars second season being opened. Since we have so many girls we are having to compete as a large gym. Not only is all-star cheerleading huge in Texas, it is ginormous in Houston! I am so proud of Taylan! She works so hard and loves to cheer! Taylan was a princess fairy.
