Like for instance, before we had children…I can’t even remember that, but anyway. Or how about, after we had 6 kids… Yeah, moments that define everything from then til the next defining point. Flood victims in Thyolo. January 23, 2015. Flood victims in Thyolo. Yesterday we took a road trip to the town of Thyolo. We had posted about flood victims here needing help and you gave! With the initial monies of $250 we bought a 50kg bag of beans, 160 water bottles, bags, and gas to make the trip! Wednesday, February 11, 2015. After weeks of packing and many late nights at the warehouse, we were finally able to send off the container on Sunday. What a relief! All of our belongings were shipped along with the Fern's. After leaving Springdale on Sunday, the container traveled by truck to Memphis, then by train to New Orleans before being placed (today! When God Says Go. Sunday, August 2, 2015. Day 1= Shaving cream fun. We started by reading books about snow and then the kids were able to play with "snow" even in Africa ( shaving cream). They had a blast! Not quite sure about the shaving cream, yet. ;). The girls and boys touching shaving cream for the first time. Their faces are priceless! Lots of giggles and excitement! When God Says Go. Monday, April 20, 2015. WaWa from Malawi, Africa! Hope everyone is doing well! I can't believe we have been in Malawi for a little over a week already! It is crazy how fast time flies. We have had a wonderful first week! We wanted to share some pictures with you. This past Friday was a very busy day.
