Azi, insa, va arat un fel de mancare care mi-a placut acolo, niste chiftelute de porumb, pe care le-am incercat intr-o piata balineza si apoi la pranzul oferit de o familie locala. Atat de mult mi-au placut, incat am cautat imediat o reteta. Si pentru ca acum e sezonul porumbului, le-am pregatit imediat cum am ajuns acasa. Ingrediente (pentru aproximativ 20 de chiftelute):. 10 bucati de porumb crud. 60 gr faina alba. O lingura de faina de tapioca.
