Sobota, 31 października 2015. Sos serowy bez sera. Z dyni i ziemniaków. Na instagramie ostatnio mnóstwo przepisów na wegańską wersję mac and cheese. Postanowiłam więc też wypróbować :-) Moja wersja jest bez tłuszczu. Sos w smaku przypomina chipsy o smaku serowym :-D. 2 duże ziemniaki (275 g). Azi, insa, va arat un fel de mancare care mi-a placut acolo, niste chiftelute de porumb, pe care le-am incercat intr-o piata balineza si apoi la pranzul oferit de o familie locala. Atat de mult mi-au placut, incat am cautat imediat o reteta. Si pentru ca acum e sezonul porumbului, le-am pregatit imediat cum am ajuns acasa.
