Vedran & Emily: December 2008
http://vedran-and-emily.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
Wednesday, 24 December 2008. It's not all football when it's cold. I scrolled down the blog earlier and realised there are 4 separate posts on football. One may think it's all we (Vedran) does over - other than doing work - when it gets to winter, and you'd be almost right ;-) ha ha. And I did get out of the tracksuit to go to the project Christmas party! We had a traditional English Christmas dinner including turkey, " pigs in blankets. Brussell sprouts and pudding. Vedran & Emily: July 2008
http://vedran-and-emily.blogspot.com/2008_07_01_archive.html
Monday, 28 July 2008. My parents were over for the weekend, on their "world tour" that saw them go to San Francisco, New York and London so far. So, we did what all good tourists do, and did some sightseeing. But first, a hearty breakfast at the apparently famous Hummingbird bakery in Notting Hill. Outside the town hall with "The Gherkin" in the background. Then off to Tower Bridge. Walking through Hyde Park. Watching a boat go through the Camden Lock. Off to Sarajevo next! Vedran & Emily: June 2008
http://vedran-and-emily.blogspot.com/2008_06_01_archive.html
Monday, 30 June 2008. Pearl Jam @ Madison Square Garden (New York). I don't have to explain how excited I was to be at this concert :). It just happened that I had a last minute work trip to New York at the same time our friend Jubba was there following them on the tour he had a spare ticket - I was tired from an 8 hour flight on 4 hours sleep and working in New York that day - but all that didn't matter once they opened with "Release". From KISS and C. J. Ramone. Here are a couple of other songs. Two co...

Dr Dopey: Footy
http://dr-dopey.blogspot.com/2011/07/footy.html
Monday, July 4, 2011. First time to the football this year and we were out in the stands with the plebs. The last few times I've been was for work and we had box seats but those good old corporate days are over. Poor Hawthorne supporters, Sam and Hamish and my fellow Collingwood fan, Janine, waiting for the big game to start. The banners go up, players run through and the 85,000 strong crowd cheers them on. Our seats aren't that bad Sam! Collingwood, of course! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

End result: camping out and than spending a day climbing the Stawamus Chief. Here's us on the first summit:. There were some nice views to be had from the second summit:. The Couper Family: 2012 Melbourne Marathon Festival
http://coupers.blogspot.com/2012/10/2012-melbourne-marathon-festival.html
14 October, 2012. 2012 Melbourne Marathon Festival. Most of you are aware that the Melbourne Marathon Festival has become a ritual for our family each year. This year was no exception and we supported CPEC and the wonderful 'Team Jack'. I upped the anti again and chose to train for my second half marathon. Drew and the kids joined Belinda, Jack and Lucy in the 5.7km walk and Craig completed the 10km event. I felt OK until about the 9km mark and then all I wanted to do was lay down and die.

Neighbours Tour, 28 Sep 2008. My sister Katherine and her fiance Adam, as a fun thank you gave me a Neighbours Tour gift. As I am a regular Neighbours viewer, I thought it would be good fun. So my other sister Maria came along for an entertaining Sunday morning. Ok, she was dragged along. Can't you see how excited she is sitting at the back of the bus? Where Mrs. Mangle lived. Who lives here now? Charlie's bar owned by Stephanie Skully. Steve Parker's veterinary clinic. Even the cuckatoos are fake. The f...
