She was wearing a pink dress that apparently showed a little too much skin and was quite provocative. As far as I know, Universities are pretty public. Also, since when did Brazil become a place where inadquate clothing was such a big deal? I'll let you decide for yourself if you think expulsion was necessary. Leave a comment if you like.
