Adventure, enlightenment, inspiration. A Taste of ‘Professional’ Climbing. July 28, 2016. July 28, 2016. In the past 6 months, a huge amount of change has occurred in my climbing career (not to mention the fact that I feel like I have one now). I climbed a few 8a sport climbs, was offered my first sponsorship from Monkey Fist. 8211; a skincare brand I really love, and I was an athlete (imagine that! In two climbing films, one with Bloc Features. And the other with Volo Digital for the Reach Film. Back in...

So sorry about the delay since my last blog post – I’ve had a lot to do, and let’s just say a recipe I was planning to share didn’t quite go to plan…. Today I’ve made a Banana and Pomegranate Sponge, with a lemon icing – the addition of pomegranate makes this sponge beautifully moist, whilst also contributing a delicious flavour. I hope you like it! 2 bananas, mashed. Make sure t...

Christmas Baked Apples – GreenCooking
https://greencookingblog.wordpress.com/2016/11/15/christmas-baked-apples/comment-page-1
A 17 year old who is keen in creating new, exciting food. November 15, 2016. November 19, 2016. As a contrast to last week’s Summer Dessert recipe, this week I have decided to go for a true winter warmer – baked apples. However, this time, I have made this super simple recipe even better by adding a Christmas spirit with plenty of spice! Try with some Madagascan vanilla custard for a truly delicious dessert! Ingredients (to serve 4):. 6tbsp dried mixed fruit (sultanas etc.). Go wild with the spices!

50 shades of green – dirtbaglawyer

Adventures of a weekend warrior. Tall tales of epic adventure. Why I Climb Interviews. Tall tales of epic adventure. 50 shades of green. October 23, 2016. October 24, 2016. I spent most of my time in Germany marvelling at how insanely green everything was. I am used to the steely bluish-green of eucalyptus leaves. I am used to the faded green of tired sun-bleached sugar cane. I am used to dark green sea-weed on white sandy beaches. On one perfectly green spring day, Dirtbagjens took me climbing in Holzen.
