Blowing Along: Meet Your Relatives!
http://blowingalong.blogspot.com/2015/06/meet-your-relatives.html
Wednesday, June 10, 2015. On the 16th day of June in the year of 1932 a marriage took place in the town of Florence, in the state of Montana. This marriage joined together R. Dewey Erath and Christina Wagner. From this marriage, three boys were born, starting this line of descendents. If you received notice of this posting, that is because you are one of these descendents, or married to one. Since some would like to know who is who before we all get together, I am including pictures that I have received.

Blowing Along: May 2013
http://blowingalong.blogspot.com/2013_05_01_archive.html
Wednesday, May 29, 2013. It has been some time since I posted, and thought maybe I should let others know what we have been doing. Since the last post, we went to Yakima, WA. In the thirty years that we lived there, I never saw as many things in bloom all at once as this year. There was warm weather for a couple weeks in March and everything then started popping. It was beautiful. Sorry, no pictures as my camera had died and I didn't get it replaced until just before we left. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Blowing Along: December 2012
http://blowingalong.blogspot.com/2012_12_01_archive.html
Friday, December 28, 2012. So this year we flew to north NY to spend Christmas and a New Years trip to West Point. There was a skiff of snow when we arrived on the 19th. This is what it was like on the 21st. Of course By had to make a snowman. It was heavy, wet snow so it packed well. Above is what their tree out front looked like after the first snow storm and then below after the second storm on Christmas and more snow with some drifting on Wed. night. This is his snowman now. Monday, December 9, 2013. Last Friday we started out with rain and warm temps. The temp started to drop but the rain continued and started to freeze. Then after everything had a coat of ice, it turned to ice pellets, then snow. These pictures were taken throughout the afternoon. By the time it quit snowing we had about two inches on the ground. We even got ice cycles on the awning. You could watch them form while it was raining and the temp was freezing. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). The WP. Birds.

Tuesday, September 10, 2013. New York Summer Time. July found us traveling to West Point to attend P's baptism. We were very glad that we could be there. One of the great things is that we get to attend the Sunday evening outdoor concerts. Since the cut backs, there are fewer, but we got to listen to the steel band play. They did play music that is typically played by steel drums. P and her friend were having a great time dancing to the music. They were not the only ones dancing. Some are very large.

Thursday, February 21, 2013. Part 2 Lost City Museum, Valley of Fire. The week after our first trip though the Valley of Fire, we returned. First we went to the Lost City Museum. I had thought that maybe it was about the town of St. Thomas, which had been flooded when the dam was built forming Lake Mead. As the sign says, on January 8, 1865, having been asked to come by Brigham Young, eleven men and three woman came to the Muddy Valley, now called Moap. Just a road through some of the area. As the oceans...

Blowing Along: January 2015

Saturday, January 17, 2015. We are finally to the point of putting down some rugs. We have been looking at this one for some time, at Home Depot, and finally decided that for the money we weren't finding anything we liked better, so we bought it. So here is what it looks like. We even tried it out with the missionary Elders the first night it was down. Saturday, January 10, 2015. We had fun opening gifts and also had a little time for tickles,. For trying on new socks,. And to model new clothing. Unfortu...
