1100 Miles and One Right Turn. We packed up the U-Haul, headed 1100 miles to D.C., and this is what happend next. Thursday, December 22, 2011. Grayson James and Aggieville. Actually, he's been here since December 4th, but I haven't had a chance to blog. My cousin Hannah has blessed our family with a beautiful baby boy. He is the very first grandson on both sides and we are in LOVE! I was so lucky this little guy was born a little bit early! My brother, Chad. My cousin, Zach. The very best Christmas gift.

Wednesday, August 22, 2012. Summer - 12 Month Stats. She checked out perfect. Her stats prove that she is just what I thought she is.sweet petite. Although she is pretty tall! Height: 30.25 inches (75-90%). Weight: 19 lbs. 5 oz (10-25%). Head: 18.1 inches (50-75%). At 12 months, Summer. Has many, many words! This girl can talk, and she does it all day long. Off the top of my head, some of her words are: Snack, ball, brother, mom, dad, bath, banana, bread, milk, bottle. And then hand it to you for a hug.

Saturday, January 3, 2015. Friday, January 2, 2015. That's right -1st place in a the 4th/5th grade school spelling be as a 4th grader- about 400 kids in the 2 grades. She battled well and came out on top. We knew early on she was smart- it's her gift. I am glad she was rewarded on that special day. I was one proud mamma this day- and to say my stomach was in knots the last few rounds would be an understatement! She went on the the county bee and made it about half way (competing against 8th graders).

As a result of this ivory goodness, sunscreen is something that I keep close at hand, especially while working at a football camp all day at the University of Florida. (Which by the way, is similar to the climate of hell if a dam was released on the fire and brimstone, leaving everything hot and damp.). The DAW WORKSHOP
DAW is a not for profit organisation with the goal of providing a space for Directors, Actors and Writers to work on their craft. 5 Guest Directors are paired with Actors to work on scenes. Scenes are played to peers in the room and filmed. Writers are welcome to submit work to be selected by directors to explore. Writers are then invited to observe their script being performed. If writers are unable to attend access will be given to the scenes performed on our private platform. AUTUMN / WINTER WORKSHOPS.
