This is how I did it. I thank my mom for the idea. Serves 2 to 3. 1 large bunch mustard greens, stems trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces. 1 tsp toasted sesame oil. 2 tsp soy sauce. 1 tsp brown rice syrup. 1 tsp mirin (a sweet sake for cooking - occasionally used in macro cooking). Wednesday, December 29, 2010. One of the girls on my roller derby team introduced me to this app for the iPhone, called My Fitness Pal. This program on this site or app, its really nice though. I enter my work outs and it will adjust my caloric intake for the day. Its amazing to see how quickly the calories add up, so I'm watching it and being careful, because I want to be in the best competing condition I can be.
