Did the 10 minute Intro hangboard workout and played on the jungle gym. Worked on slow controlled movements between rungs and just played around with different ways to climb; front, backwards, sideways, up the support beams, transfer to and from the rope. Monday, December 22, 2014. Hiking in Cuyahoga Valley State Park. Erg - 5 minutes.
