For a mellower taste, steam or stir fry the ramsons. Once cooked or wilted, the leaves lose their pungency and turn sweeter and more grassy. You can use them instead of or mixed with spinach leaves, and they are great in wok dishes etc. And then there’s this excellent pasta dish:. Pasta (such as penne). 1 tbsp olive oil. 1 onion, chopped. She was just old enough to understand the news, but not old enough to fully understand it.
