Monday, May 4, 2009. I should win the "Worst Wife Ever" award. So tomorrow is my hubby's birthday, and I requested off of work today a long time ago so that we could spend some time together to celebrate. I was going to make him a cake and decorate our house, and take our son to get Daddy's present. Well, none of this is happening. :(. I have had a cough for weeks now, and last night, I was running a 104.3 fever and started getting achy all over! I went to the store and bought a chocolate cheesecake!

Here’s what I used:. 4 TB olive oil, divided. 2 cloves or 1 heaping teaspoon minced garlic. 5 oz chopped kale. 15 oz can of garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed. 176 oz. package of gnocchi. 3/4 cup vegetable stock. 24 oz jar of marinara sauce. Here’s what I did:. Heat 2 TB of olive oil in a large sauté pan. Add garlic and stir for about a minute. Add kale. Back to the kale pan…Once your kale is nice and tender, add the marinara sauce. This sauce is delicious and only costs $1! Stir to combine and simmer.
