Or live through devastating. Natural disasters, so why spend time worrying about them? 2 There are a ton of freaking people on...

Tracking my adventures around the world, while trying not to go broke. Friday, September 6, 2013. Muay Thai Fight Night. After several days of being handed flyers for Muay Thai boxing, I decided to give it a shot on my last night in Chiang Mai. I bought the VIP ticket for 600 THB ($20), 200 THB more than the regular, so I could enjoy ring-side views at Thapae Boxing Stadium. I bought the ticket at my hotel, and as an added bonus it included transportation to the stadium in a tuk-tuk. However, the guy nex...

Oh my goodness. I’ve been seriously slacking in the blog department. The last month and a half has been absolutely crazy. Can you believe that Thanksgiving is next week already? This is actually the first year in a few years that I’m not hosting Thanksgiving. My mom wanted to host this year at her house which actually works out wonderfully with everything we’ve had going on. Since my mom is hosting, my contribution will be the green bean casserole and the cranberry sauce. Main Course and Sides. I’m plann...

Here’s what I used:. 4 TB olive oil, divided. 2 cloves or 1 heaping teaspoon minced garlic. 5 oz chopped kale. 15 oz can of garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed. 176 oz. package of gnocchi. 3/4 cup vegetable stock. 24 oz jar of marinara sauce. Here’s what I did:. Heat 2 TB of olive oil in a large sauté pan. Add garlic and stir for about a minute. Add kale. Back to the kale pan…Once your kale is nice and tender, add the marinara sauce. This sauce is delicious and only costs $1! Stir to combine and simmer.

I know this has absolutely nothing to do with crafts, makeup, or recipes…but you gotta take a break sometime, right? Posted in Bubble, Bubble. 1 cup peanut butter. Nick and I ...
