The Incredible Shrinking Man. My Life After Gastric Bypass Surgery. Friday, January 24, 2014. Doing things I wanted to do for a long time. As many of you may know I am a Ham radio operator and that is my main hobby. I got a new radio for Christmas from Jackie. It was in a kit form and I had to build it. It turned out wonderful and I am enjoying using it. I was able to put it together without any problems and my old eyes and hands were able to get the job done. Tuesday, January 7, 2014. We took the train this morning to Zollikofen to meet Ilaria and Lorenzo Mariani and their darling family from Vicenza, Italy. They are dear friends and we love them a lot, a lot! This was our last time to stay in the hostel. Ilaria, Emma, Davide, Lorenzo and Joele Mariani. Thursday, 5 April 2012, was the sealing of Yuri Prohaska and Manuela H ü. Ber, two of the great JAEs in our stake. A sealer in the temple.
