Wanting to Wear Anything. Saturday, April 30, 2011. Due to the fact that I lost a pound since yesterday (and I've been craving food ever since last night), I decided not to do my water fast today. It looks like my 1200 calorie intake, 500 calorie outtake plan is working for me! So I'm going to stick with it and not take the risk of fasting and then binging right away afterwards. Wanting to Wear Anything. Tuesday, June 28, 2011. Quick Update: Back to Under 1000 Calories and Thinspo. So disappointed. I thought 1200 calories a day was working for me! I was happy because I was losing weight and was doing something healthy for my body. However, for some reason I started gaining the weight back - even though I stayed true to 1200 calories and had been exercising daily. I went from 123 to 120.5, then back to 122. Sigh. Wanting to Wear Anything. Sunday, January 29, 2012. Week 2 of the HSGD Summary :). Weigh-in (Monday, January 23). Waist-to-hip ratio: .7. Cardio 1: 1 hour ballet. Cardio 2: 1 hour ballet. Cardio 3: 1 hour ballet. Weekly cardio: 3 hours. Overall, I am happy with this diet, even if the weight loss is slow. Wanting to Wear Anything. Monday, February 13, 2012. Yesterday concluded my 4th week on the Healthy Skinny Girl Diet. When I started this diet, I weighed 132, BMI 20.07. Today, I weighed in at 126, BMI 19.16. I lost 2 pounds over the past week, 6 pounds total over 4 weeks. This may not seem like a lot of weight loss to some of you, but 1) I don't have a lot to lose and 2) I know that I've lost this weight in a HEALTHY way, which makes me feel so good! Stay strong, and take care! Weekly calorie total: 6751.
