Need modifying, see Results and Observations). 2 C gluten-free flour. 1/4 C wht sugar. 1 and 1/4 tsp baking powder. 1/4 tsp baking soda. 1/2 C margarine cubed (chilled). 3/4 C frozen raspberries. 1 tsp vanilla ex. 2/3 C non-dairy buttermilk. Approx 1/4 C frozen raspberries. 1/2 to 1 C powdered sugar, enough to form a thin paste when mixed with the raspberries. Preheat oven to 400. The scones were ...

Wednesday, May 20, 2009. Weigh in day and I lost 3 LBS! Yay, I am now 191.8, down a total of 7.4 LBS in the past 3 weeks! Thursday, May 14, 2009. To my surprise I did good. Yesterday was weigh in and take a picture, which I will post later today. I thought I hadn't done very well, but in spite of not hitting my goals I still lost 2.4 LBS and about 1% bodyfat! 1948 LBS for a total loss of 4.2 LBS, so I am right on target for my goal of 180 LBS by Jult 1st!
