Wednesday, May 20, 2009. Weigh in day and I lost 3 LBS! Yay, I am now 191.8, down a total of 7.4 LBS in the past 3 weeks! Thursday, May 14, 2009. To my surprise I did good. Yesterday was weigh in and take a picture, which I will post later today. I thought I hadn't done very well, but in spite of not hitting my goals I still lost 2.4 LBS and about 1% bodyfat! 1948 LBS for a total loss of 4.2 LBS, so I am right on target for my goal of 180 LBS by Jult 1st!
