Tim Swanson: OUCH!
http://timswanson.blogspot.com/2008/11/ouch.html
The miracle isn't that I finished.the miracle is that I had the courage to start. Tuesday, November 18, 2008. So, the tattoo thing turned out to be the easiest, least painful part of my weekend. After watching the Beavs beat the snot out of the poor Cal Bears on Saturday. I stupidly coordinated with Steve to being my journey to strength training nirvana on Sunday morning. And I thought the tattoo was uncomfortable! Steve proceeded to spend almost 90 minutes with this, beating me senseless. I just hope th...

Thompson Family Blog: It's hard to be 3
http://jessi-thompson.blogspot.com/2015/04/its-hard-to-be-3.html
Tales from the Thompson Clan! Wednesday, April 01, 2015. It's hard to be 3. Sometimes you're in the check out line at the grocery store and you think you need a pack of gum more than anything in the whole wide world. And then, you ask your mom to get it for you and she says the dreaded N-O. Even though you ask her ten times so she will know how truly important it is to you. she won't budge. She does NOT get you AT ALL. And then your mom takes this picture and it only makes everything exponentially worse.

Thompson Family Blog: Graduation Day
http://jessi-thompson.blogspot.com/2015/03/graduation-day.html
Tales from the Thompson Clan! Tuesday, March 24, 2015. As Owen began preschool in the fall, he had brand new motivation for speaking clearly so that his friends and classmates could understand him! His teacher, Connie, was also a wonderful "therapist" as well, listening to the articulation skills we were working on so that she could reinforce them at school. We're so grateful for the journey! http://stevenkanderson.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
Life is too short to sit around and wait for the next one. Sink or Swim Meet 2010- Meet Report. A few weeks ago I swam at our local masters swim meet called, Sink or Swim put on by the Spokane Waves. The event was held at Whitworth University and was sponsored by my triathlon club, Tri-Fusion. These are always a blast and a great change of pace from triathlon since all the races I do only last a minute. A special thanks to James Richman for taking all the photos. There are some pretty cool sequences.

Life is too short to sit around and wait for the next one. Mountain Bikes ROCK.and JUMP.and SPLASH! Here in the northwest.when triathlon season is over it is time to hit the trails for some mountain biking. Last weekend a group of us met up near the 7-Mile Bridge and Riverside State Park. This would be the first time I have actually rode these trails even though I grew up just a few miles away. Here are a few of the highlights from my ride with: Greg, Natatlie, Nate, Matt and Jessie. Honestly, we are alw...
