Sunday, August 29, 2010. I never though I'd say this (especially after the stint I had with them as a 16-year-old) but I love steroids. And so does my compromised colon. We had a great workout yesterday! I'm also thankful for the flat tire I had yesterday. I changed it all by myself, with moral support from a sweet teammate and a nice stranger who gave me a CO2 cartridge. I am so happy to know I can change a tire should that happen race day. At first, I signed up for a month of unlimited classes and after taking 24 classes in 30 days and seeing a 3% decrease in body fat, I signed up for six additional months of unlimited classes. Last night we had the pleasure of having both sets of grandparents in town for Avery and Logan's Tony award winning performance of the "Nutcracker". Okay, so it wasn't exactly award winning but I was completely amazed with how well almost 200 kids under the age of 8 behaved. Just look at that focus. That's right, future Fortune 500 CEO right there. That's a lot of kids.
