So if you leave a quilt out on the couch from where you were watching tv last night or something, there's a very strong chance that in the morning it will have dog hair, cat hair or both all over it. To PINTEREST, HO! One thing I kept thinking about was our ...

Of course, just like everything else it had its ups and downs, but overall it was a great year. And that I don't have to train for a triathlon or be a part of a group do exercise all the time. I've already signed up for a few events just so I will somewhat train. I'm doing the Tough Mudder.

I've transitioned out of my winter weights program. I swam for the first time since about September 2 days ago. Surprisingly, I still have a bit of swim fitness. My endurance is crap, but my top speed and form wasn't bad. Who would've thought that getting back into the pool would be like getting back on a bike? Run mileage since last post: 49 miles.
