It is beginning to get warm around here and after the end of my six day week I didn’t fancy making anything too elaborate. These babies hit the spot. Flavoured with garlic, seasoning, cumin seeds and lime juice. With the addition of some sweet red onions. I served this up with cabbage salad with creamy parsley dressing, orange-tomato relish, roasted red peppers and plain old avocado. Nourishing🙂. No comments yet ».

Back in October I started my first full-time job working in a homeless project for young women aged 18-25 years. Just before Christmas, my boss put me in charge of our art room which was in dire need of a makeover. The bulk of the materials consisted of pipe cleaners and stick-on googly eyes. Chips, Dips, and Fries. Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl. January 5, 2017. Today I’m going to be sharing a very simple breakfast recipe (or any meal really)! Smoothie bowls are so filling and healthy. They are a great way to start your morning and ensure that you will stay full until lunch 🙂. 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries. 1/2 cup of frozen pineapple (this is optional, you could also just use 1 cup of strawberries). 1 cup of plant milk. Add the strawberry mixture to the banana mixture and stir together.
