Virtual Environments: Guildhall Plans
http://vehelenson.blogspot.com/2011/10/guildhall-plans.html
Monday, 3 October 2011. I have tried to find the plans of the Hall so that they can be used as references when modelling. First I looked at the planning doctuments on Braintree District Council's website which only had the location plans. I will go to Chelmsford records office to try and find some earier plans as we will be animating the hall on its history. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Stitching and Attaching Ear. Virtual Environments: October 2009
http://richardkingve.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
Tuesday, 20 October 2009. The tutorial videos provided vital help and taught me effective techniques for modeling the face. The methods I learnt can easily be applied to many other objects in the future. The whole process was quite straight forward for me, I had some issues with the UVW Mapping and texturing later on in the process, but this was fixed and came out just fine on my second attempt. If I had more time dedicated to the model I believe I could add some shoulders and shirt to give a more realis...

R Jackson 3d Design: October 2009
http://3ding-it-up.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
R Jackson 3d Design. Friday, 23 October 2009. Although I did not get to the overall completion stage I still managed, in my opinion, to produce a good quality model. Here is my final image of my head, set with a omni light with ray traced shadows to give some depth. I also have included a front on image. Thursday, 22 October 2009. This is the result:. After much playing about with the Unwrap UVW modifier I have decided that I hate it. Here is the edit UVW screen I progressed up to:. Even though I have no...

R Jackson 3d Design: Evaluation Of My Work
http://3ding-it-up.blogspot.com/2009/12/evaluation-of-my-work.html
R Jackson 3d Design. Wednesday, 9 December 2009. Evaluation Of My Work. Looking back on my work I am happy with what I produced. My favourite part of which is my fire. Having never created fire before and only limited use of particle systems before I am surprised at how realistic I managed to make it look. Looking back on this I probably should have made some screenshots – or pushed myself to make an update to my blog at the time showing what I was doing. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

R Jackson 3d Design: My work for the group complete
http://3ding-it-up.blogspot.com/2009/12/my-work-for-group-complete.html
R Jackson 3d Design. Wednesday, 9 December 2009. My work for the group complete. This was my work complete for now, and so I decided to make a quick fly round render of my scene after throwing in a few quick components (a wooden crate and a floor) both of which I knew weren’t to be used in the final model and were created using a bitmap material. R Jackson 3d Design: Museum of Power Pump
http://3ding-it-up.blogspot.com/2009/12/museum-of-power-pump.html
R Jackson 3d Design. Tuesday, 8 December 2009. Museum of Power Pump. On to the second half of this project! As per usual with me, posting on my blog always seems to be put off to actually do the work. I honestly don't know if this is a good thing or not, as it does show my commitment to the modelling but doesn't provide anyone with an update unless they come directly to me.anyway here we go!
