Friday, 1 February 2013. The weather has definitely been on our side this week and we have been busy with our drainage both off-site and on-site. We have already made our connection onto the existing sewer for our discharge for the surface water and are busy constructing reinforced manholes and laying 525mm dia concrete pipes. We are getting very close for the first floor flats to be handed over to the decorators, just a final snag to go and then they can be given over to complete the flats.
