Friday, 28 September 2012. We are now putting down the gas membrane and floor insulation, brickwork and drainage is still progressing despite battling the heavy rain. Tuesday, 25 September 2012. Former Fairfield School: Decorating is complete

Friday, 5 July 2013. All the flats have now been decorated and are getting locked down for snagging to Area A. The commercial kitchen (as seen in the photo) has begun and will be fully supplied and fitted by one sub-contractor. Friday, 25 January 2013. Progress has been limited this week due to the inclement weather. The timber frame has been progressing slowly whilst the dry lining contractor has been carrying out works in selected plots which have not been affected by the snow. Friday, 31 August 2012. The foundations are nearly complete, and we are well on the way with substructure masonry works. The precast concrete lift shaft has also been delivered to site which we are hoping to have installed week commencing 3rd September 2012. Friday, 17 August 2012.
