Tuesday, April 10, 2012. 1 1/2 cups finely crushed graham cracker crumbs. 6 TBSP butter, melted. 3 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened. 2 tsp lemon juice. 2 cups sour cream. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. For crust: Thoroughly mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly onto bottom of a 10 inch pie pan or spring form pan; set aside while preparing filling. Cool completely. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with desired fruit topping or serve plain. Lion House Sweet and Sour Chicken.
